Electronic Poker is a popular game that can be enjoyed in casinos across the world, or alternatively at your house on your PC, through an Internet account. The rules are absolutely simple and consist of the player attempting to get the best assemblage of cards possible in order to come away with cash. In this respect it’s much the same as a normal game of poker, minus the line of contact with any other players. Normally, the lowest winning hand on a Video Poker machine is a pair of jacks with the award money growing for each better hand. A list of common winning hands starts with jacks or better, moving on to two pairs, 3 of a kinds, straights, flushes, full houses, 4 of a kinds, straight flushes and finally royal flushes. It should be known that the payment schedule can vary from game to game, so that discerning players are able to choose the most profitable machine every instance.
After the initial round has finished, the player can either decide to continue on and try to to increase their winnings, or press the ‘collect’ button to cash out any money that they may have won. Further, some styles of the game give the bettor an opportunity to double their winnings, in which situation a further hand is played. There are also variations between individual games, with some virtual decks having wild cards and other differing characteristics to enhance playability.
